Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using Andreal Capacity Planning ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App is an Atlassian Forge application that provides sprint capacity planning and workload visualization for Jira Scrum teams. It reads and displays data from your Jira instance to calculate team capacity metrics, and allows inline editing of issue estimates and status transitions directly from the App.

3. Eligibility

The App is available to users with a valid Atlassian Jira Cloud subscription. Installation requires Organization Admin or Site Admin permissions on your Atlassian instance.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the App to:

• View sprint capacity and workload information for your Jira projects
• Configure team member allocation, leave, buffer, and holiday settings per sprint
• Edit issue estimates and transition issue statuses via inline editing
• View Gantt chart timelines and member task breakdowns
• Export capacity reports for internal use

5. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use the App for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the App without prior written consent

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we access and handle your data. The App operates entirely within Atlassian's Forge infrastructure and does not transmit data to external servers.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Andreal. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all Jira configurations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andreal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or lost profits.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or update the App and these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Subscription and Licensing

The App is offered as a paid subscription through the Atlassian Marketplace. Access to the App requires an active license. If your license expires or is not renewed, access to the App's features will be restricted until a valid license is restored. Free trial periods may be offered at our discretion.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Jira instance. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.
